Tavola Piena means “a full table.” While our ceramics are being made in Italy, we’re sharing the recipes that bring that table to life.
The only purpose of a plate is to be filled.
Broccoli & Cannellini Bean Pasta
This is one of those recipes that quietly becomes a family favorite. Frozen broccoli, pantry beans, pasta, garlic, and a spoonful of Better Than Bouillon come together to create a surprisingly rich, comforting meal in about twenty minutes. It’s proof that some of the best Italian-inspired dinners don’t begin with a trip to the grocery store—they begin with a well-stocked pantry and freezer.
Spaghetti Aglio e Olio (Italian Garlic & Olive Oil Pasta)
Sometimes the most memorable meals begin with the fewest ingredients. Spaghetti Aglio e Olio is one of Italy’s greatest examples of simple cooking—garlic, olive oil, pasta, and a little technique coming together to create something far greater than the sum of its parts. It’s also one of the recipes that inspired my pantry philosophy. If I have pasta, garlic, good olive oil, and Parmigiano Reggiano, I know I’m never far from a wonderful dinner.
